Our products

Effata sells hearing aids, personal sound amplifiers, and accessories such as batteries, chargers, filters and cleaning kits.

Hearing aids and sound amplifiers are different products with different intended uses. Personal sound amplifiers are not intended to compensate for hearing loss.

Before you buy and before you use a product, please read its product page, user guide and labeling. If you are unsure which product fits your needs, contact us or speak with a hearing health professional.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page and at checkout. The total, including shipping and any applicable charges, is shown before you pay.

Effata does not sell subscriptions. Each purchase is a one-time charge, and there are no recurring fees.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved.

We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we do, we refund any amount paid.

Refunds and shipping

Refunds are explained in our Refund Policy. Shipping times, costs and tracking are explained in our Shipping Policy. Both policies are part of these Terms.

No guarantee of results

Our products do not cure hearing loss or restore natural hearing.
